Deletion Request

At Onmint, we respect your data rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can request the permanent removal of your account and all associated personal data from our systems.

What gets deleted permanently:

User profiles, passwords, contact details (email & phone).
Service bookings, prescriptions, medical records, and reports.
Stored S3 files (profile pictures, license PDFs, prescriptions).
Notification logs and active chats.

⚠️

Important Note:

Once deleted, this action is irreversible. No data recovery is possible, and we do not maintain backups of deleted user accounts.
